  • What kind of maintenance is required on a new roof?

Most new roofs require little maintenance but we recommend you keep your roof free from debris and replace damaged or out-of-place shingles. Contact us for assistance on roof maintenance and repair!

  • What is the cost of a new roof?

The cost of your new roof will depend on a number of factors, such as the material, size, time of year, and more. It's best for you to receive multiple quotes and get a comparison of services before you decide on your options.

  • Will my vinyl siding melt in the summer heat?

The natural heat will never melt your siding under normal conditions. However, take measures to ensure no other heat sources like an outdoor grill are placed close to your siding.

  • Is vinyl siding a good choice?

Vinyl siding is an affordable option for minimal maintenance. Cleaning is easy with a garden hose, and you'll never need to repaint  your home.

  • What kind of gutters can you install?

We can install all types of gutters, including K-style, built-in, half-round, seamless, coppers, Yankee gutters, and many other styles. We will consult with you to determine the best fit for your property.

  • Does the material of gutters matter?

Yes. Strong steel gutters will rust over time (unless they're stainless steel), but they are more durable than vinyl and other materials. Aluminum is often the most cost effective for performance.
